The challenge: Complex processes, media breaks, and manual activities


The proposal process at Repower had developed historically, distributed across several systems from different organizational units, and therefore included media breaks and manual activities. The scalability did not meet the demands of a nationally leading energy supplier.

  • Proposals had to be created manually and entered into various systems.

  • After-sales activities such as supplier change processes and contract management had to be maintained manually.


Repower's wish was for a seamless, integrated solution that digitalizes and automates the entire proposal process – from price calculation to contract signing to billing.

The solution: A modular offering tool based on meonet ecm


The digitalization of the proposal process took place in several phases, with ecm introduced as the central system.


Phase 1: Unified offering tool with central data storage

  • Introduction of the ecm module "Proposal Calculation" for managing customers, measurement points, and proposals

  • Standardized and automated proposal processes

  • Integrated offer creation with contract management

  • Customer and contract management with automatic contract generation

Phase 2: Connection to the Swisseldex Datahub

  • Direct integration of market communication according to SDAT-CH

  • Automatic supplier changes and meter data requests

  • Complete transparency through a clear dashboard

Phase 3: EDM Sales and Reporting

  • Management of time series and aggregates

  • Controlling instrument for completeness and quality of incoming data

  • Live overview of all realized and expected revenues, margins, etc.

General Improvements

  • Historical price views for electricity, gas, and origin certificates

  • HPFC viewer for long-term price analyses
